Maitland Lutheran School Senior Stage Two

Upon the successful completion and use of the Stage One Senior School, Hodgkison was re-engaged to design and administer Stage Two construction works.
Completed in late 2025, the brief was to maintain continuity between the original and new designs and to continue connectivity between common areas, teaching and private spaces.
Key to this project were:
- Learning Common areas connecting new and additional spaces
- Two General Learning Areas
- Various study nooks and rooms
- New art room with ample bespoke storage for media and equipment and Potters’ wheels
- Two Recording Studios
- New staff and student amenities
- New hardcourt play for basketball, netball and other sports
